Ashwagandha Withanolide-A for HSC Telomerase Protection

Abstract
Withanolide-A from Withania somnifera upregulates TERT expression and enhances telomerase activity specifically in hematopoietic stem cells. It also modulates heat shock protein 90, preventing premature HSC senescence while maintaining genomic stability through enhanced DNA repair mechanisms.
