Skin health is increasingly recognised as a key determinant of overall well-being, and its decline is driven by multiple interconnected biological processes. Hydroxytyrosol (HT), an olive polyphenol, exhibits pleiotropic biological activities and has a potential role in supporting skin homeostasis.
