METTL3

In a mouse study of age-related hearing loss, METTL3 reduces cochlear damage and hearing loss; it also reduces inflammation in LPS- and D-galactose-treated mouse cells. Cell and mouse changes each come from a single group, although five findings span two independent labs. The National Natural Science Foundation of China funds most of this work.
