THE EPIDEMIOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF PREVALENCE OF MALIGNANT NEOPLASMS AND DECREASING OF NEGLECT OF ONCOPATHOLOGY IN THE KRASNODAR KRAY

The ensuring of accessibility of prevention and organization of efficient early diagnostic of malignant neoplasms is priority task not only for oncologic services but also for health care system of the Kray as a whole. The analysis of main indicators of prevalence of malignant neoplasms and functioning of oncologic service in Krasnodar Krai in 2016-2025 is presented. Over 10 years of active oncological preventive activity, the percentage of patients with early stage of malignant tumors increased from 57,1% up to 63,0%. The decrease of percentage of malignant neoplasms registered at stage IV, from 19,2% in 2016 to 18,0% in 2025.
