Abstract

Background Frailty is increasingly recognized as a marker of biological vulnerability associated with adverse clinical outcomes. Lung transplant recipients may be particularly susceptible to frailty, yet its impact on longitudinal pulmonary function improvement after transplantation remains poorly understood.
