This study is an assessor-blinded randomised controlled trial investigating the effects of combined Lifestyle-integrated Functional Exercise and Self-initiated Perturbation-based Balance Training (LiFE-SePBT) on postural stability in community-dwelling older adults with an elevated risk of falling.
