Selective elimination of senescent vascular smooth muscle cells expressing high CDKN2A (p16) and TP53. Reduces senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP) factors including IL6, TNF-α, and MMPs that contribute to aortic wall degradation in familial predisposition.
