Abstract

Abstract: Astartes Biogenesis: An Integrated Systems Architecture for Enhanced Human Resilience and Performance Current biological constraints limit human viability in long-duration, high-stress, and extra-terrestrial environments. We propose Astartes Biogenesis, a comprehensive framework for autologous physiological enhancement defined by integrated systems architecture rather than singular genetic modification. The model posits a non-additive, synergistic gain achieved through the simultaneous augmentation of five core domains: Neural, Musculoskeletal, Circulatory/Oxygen, Dermal/Structural, and Longevity/Regenerative systems. The core of the architecture involves: 1) Distributed Neural Organoids (DNOs) to establish parallel processing and cognitive redundancy for trauma resistance; 2) Myoglobin Reservoir Organoids (MROs) and vascular optimization for sustained aerobic capacity; and 3) Stabilized Telomere Circuits and enhanced proteostatic loops to radically reduce cellular senescence. This paper outlines the methodology for creating and integrating these systems, including the use of localized RNA-editing techniques and collagen micro-lattice deployment for structural resilience. Astartes Biogenesis moves beyond theoretical performance enhancement to define an actionable engineering blueprint for biological persistence, offering a viable path toward creating a human phenotype capable of multi-century survival and operation under extreme duress.
