Abstract
Senescent cell accumulation in the bone marrow promotes inflammaging, hematopoietic stem cell dysfunction, and myeloid-biased hematopoiesis, contributing to the onset of age-related diseases. However, the mechanisms underlying the emergence of senescent cells in the bone marrow remain poorly understood.
