Abstract

This technical report examines the fundamental differences between traditional ex-vivo tissue models and real-time in-vivo data in the context of biological aging simulation. We argue that static ex-vivo data lacks essential hydrodynamic variables—specifically endo-pressure and pre-stress—leading to significant inaccuracies in predicting mechanical wear. By integrating LiDAR data and 6-DOF sensors within the Axis 0 Framework, we introduce the "Geometric Unloading Coefficient" to quantify how living structures dynamically dissipate pressure. This shift from observing passive material degradation to active, real-time geometric correction provides a necessary pathway for reversing structural degradation through coordinate optimization.
