Abstract

This technical report (A0-2026-V2.1) establishes the molecular biological foundation for the Mechanical Wear Index (R_age) within the Axis 0 Research framework. The study determines that the biological aging process is non-uniform, accelerating at focal points of abnormal YAP (Yes-associated protein) activation caused by skeletal malalignment. We define fascial fibrosis as the disruption of "Mechanical Transparency" and propose distal mirror symmetry correction as a "Remote Anti-aging" protocol. By neutralizing mechanical stress at the extremities, this method aims to resolve respiratory and thoracic circulatory congestion through the body's inherent Tensegrity system.
