Abstract

This research paper introduces a novel biomechanical perspective on the human fascia system, defining it as a non-Newtonian fluid with variable viscosity. Central to this study is the proposal of the Mechanical Attrition Index (R_age), a quantitative metric designed to measure cumulative stress and structural wear at the cellular nuclear membrane level. Within the "Axis 0" framework, the study explores how fascia transitions from a Sol to a Gel state under chronic stress, leading to "forced senescence" through mechanotransduction. Furthermore, the paper outlines an integrated intervention methodology combining high-frequency force-feedback technology (Axis Machine) and specialized manual calibration to restore the system to its "Mechanical Zero-Point" (R_age = 1.0).Keywords: • Biomechanics • Fascia • Non-Newtonian Fluid • Mechanical Attrition Index • R_age • Axis 0 Framework • Mechanotransduction • Longevity
