Abstract
HIGHLIGHTS: •NEUROBIAS assessed methodological rigour in 57 observational sMRI ageing studies. •Ten studies were low risk; imaging data were unavailable in 45/57. •N-scores increased after 2017 by 4.60 percentage points/year. •Cortical, medial temporal, ventricular, and WMH changes were recurrent. •Thirty-one large-scale initiatives were mapped separately.
