Resonant Senolytic Clearance & Laminar Flush: Micro-Fluidic Lysis and Zero-Waste Architecture

Follow

Abstract

This blueprint outlines a biophysical, zero-waste architecture for the targeted clearance of senescent cells. The novelty of this framework lies in abandoning legacy chemical senolytics in favor of continuous-curvature micro-fluidic shear forces and acoustic resonance. By utilizing a mesoporous silica nanodevice to act as a passive acoustic amplifier for an extracorporeal continuous wave, the payload induces precise resonant mechanical tension to lyse senescent cells. This permanently eliminates the Senescence-Associated Secretory Phenotype (SASP). Simultaneously, the framework mechanically entrains the cardiovascular system's innate 1/26 Hz vasomotion baseline to effortlessly clear internal friction via natural vascular laminar flow.
