Architectural Blueprint: Continuous-Curvature Scaffolding & Zero-Jerk Stem Cell Integration (Pillar III)

Follow

Abstract

Following the biophysical clearance of senescent cells, tissue regeneration requires the seamless integration of stem cells and the rapid vascularization of organoids. Current protocols fail because standard infusion catheters and right-angled synthetic scaffolds introduce massive shear stress and systemic friction, resulting in cellular apoptosis and core necrosis. The novelty of this architecture lies in abandoning the polygonal approximation of modern bioprinting in favor of deterministic, continuous-curvature geometry. This blueprint details the exact biomaterials and hardware required to bypass this friction: deploying a fractal-branching microfluidic catheter for zero-jerk delivery, and utilizing sacrificial continuous-curvature bioprinting to create a frictionless, laminar-optimized vascular network that targets a conservative 20% efficiency gain in metabolic exchange.
