Epicatechin and the Aging Body: A Convergence of Sarcopenia, Nitric Oxide Decline, Mitochondrial Aging, and SIRT1 Restoration

A research synthesis and novel multi-pathway intervention hypothesis proposing that sarcopenia and vascular aging represent convergent expressions of a tightly interconnected failure network, and that a carefully designed combination of natural interventions may address this network through seven or more independent mechanisms simultaneously.
