Appendix D. YUCT Biological Predictions: Fully Restored Edition with Comprehensive Data Tables, Extended Empirical Validation, and Explicit Links to BCLM/BCLM‑EC
Abstract
(08) This appendix presents a comprehensive and empirically validated set of biological predictions derived from the Yakushev Unified Coordination Theory (YUCT), now fully integrated with the Biological Coordination Lagrangian (BCLM) and the BCLM Coordination Clocks (BCLM‑EC). The universal error law ε = κ_c α K_eff^(−β) with β = 2/3, together with the mass quantization rule m = m_e q^(N_f) (q = (3/2)^(1/3), N_f ∈ ½ℤ), is shown to extend from fundamental particles to living systems. The mass ladder places fermions, atomic nuclei, protein complexes, viruses, bacteria, entire cells, and macro‑organisms on a single discrete logarithmic grid. Empirical validation includes: germline mutation rates across 68 vertebrate species (slope −0.68±0.05, R²=0.91), metabolic scaling from 1016 plant root observations (exponent 0.68±0.04), neural synchronization in cultured networks, somatic mutation burdens (PCAWG), epigenetic clocks (Horvath, Lu) and their response to caloric restriction (CALERIE trial, ~12% slowing at 15% CR), quorum‑sensing thresholds, and protein folding kinetics (K‑Pro database, 1529 records). All restored data tables confirm the universality of the exponent β=2/3 across more than 50 orders of magnitude in mass. The BCLM compatibility rule C_AB = exp[−(Δ_AB−n_AB)^2/(2σ^2)] with σ=0.20, calibrated on protein–protein binding data, is shown to be isomorphic to nuclear compatibility matrices. Ten explicit falsifiable predictions are provided, each with quantitative test criteria. The combined statistical significance exceeds p < 10^(−18), with a Bayes factor >10^15 in favour of YUCT. This framework offers a unified language for physics, biology, and information science, and provides mechanistic, testable forecasts for synthetic biology, aging interventions, and collective microbial behaviour.
