Abstract

(05) This collection presents the complete Biological Coordination Lagrangian (BCLM) module of the Yakushev Unified Coordination Theory (YUCT). The BCLM framework assigns a relative coordination efficiency KK to every biological object — codons, amino acids, enzymes, proteins, and cellular subsystems — using the information‑theoretic YPSDC protocol. The universal error law ε=κcαK−β (β=2/3 (~0.67), κc=1/3) governs the ageing‐related decline of molecular fidelity. Four complementary documents are provided: BCLM Core – rigorous definitions, complete data tables for codons, amino acids, enzymes, mutation‑repair efficiencies, allometric constants, neuronal parameters, and a universal compatibility rule for protein–protein interactions. BCLM Epigenetic Clock (BCLM‑EC) – a mechanistic epigenetic clock trained on 78 CpG sites selected by their sensitivity to KK, validated on whole‑blood methylation data (GSE40279), and predicting age deceleration under coordination‑restoring interventions. Long‑Life Protocol (BCLM‑LL) – a detailed experimental design for human cardiomyocytes, specifying codon‑optimised target genes, predicted reductions in mutation rate, oxidative stress, protein aggregation, and a controlled regression module to prove causality. Multi‑Species Validation (BCLM‑LL‑MPS) – extension of the same protocol to five mammalian species (mouse, rat, pig, macaque, dog), demonstrating that the coordination theory of ageing is universal and quantitatively testable across evolutionarily distant organisms. All predictions are derived from first principles without adjustable parameters. The protocols are falsifiable and ready for immediate laboratory implementation using standard cell‑biology assays and commercially available cell lines. Complete sequence data, calculated efficiency values, and preregistered predictions are provided in the accompanying repository.
