The Damage-Driven Coup Model: An Advanced Integrative Extension of the Sugar–Iron Bomb Framework
Abstract
This project presents the Damage-Driven Coup model — an advanced systems-level extension of the Sugar–Iron Bomb framework. It explores how severe oxidative stress may simultaneously disrupt DNA integrity, cell-cycle regulation, and repair fidelity, generating a permissive biological state for malignant transformation. The model traces a four-stage cascade: damage-induced molecular paralysis, corrupted DNA repair dynamics, senescence-associated inflammatory amplification, and emergence of autonomous malignant cellular states. This extension functions as a mechanistic bridge between the Sugar–Iron Bomb model and the broader Governance Failure Framework. **Related Publication (Zenodo):** - Primary: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20181265 - Core Canon: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20091295 - Advanced Extension I (IL-6 Priming + AIFI): https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20180870
