DTX2

Ovarian DTX2 decreases with ageing in a mouse study. In human KGN cells under H2O2-induced damage, DTX2 inhibits apoptosis and the DNA damage response; knockdown experiments link DTX2 to increased TERT and reduced telomere shortening. All five findings come from one lab and name the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation as funder.
