Abstract
Background: The Predicting Risk of Cardiovascular Disease Events (PREVENT) equations estimate 10- and 30-year cardiovascular disease (CVD), atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD), and heart failure risk in individuals without established CVD.
