Abstract
Background and Objectives : Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) is increasingly used beyond diabetes care, but whether participant-visible feedback changes behavior or psychosocial outcomes in adults without diabetes remains uncertain. We evaluated dietary behavior/adherence, physical activity, psychosocial outcomes, and device burden.
