Abstract

Background: Pharmacologic treatments for preclinical Alzheimer's disease (PCAD) – the presence of Alzheimer's pathology in cognitively intact individuals ‐ are in advanced clinical trials. Prior research suggested that a screening/treatment program for PCAD could be cost‐effective.
