Abstract
Background/Objectives: Tirzepatide, a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist, achieves greater weight loss than semaglutide in adults with obesity without type 2 diabetes (T2D), but no randomised trial has directly compared their cardiovascular outcomes in this population.
