Abstract
Background Individuals with hypertension complicated by dysglycemia experience substantially elevated mortality risk. The estimated glucose disposal rate (eGDR) and Life's Essential 8 (LE8) score are established indicators for assessing insulin resistance and cardiovascular health, respectively.
