Abstract

Dementia prevalence is increasing with aging worldwide, a leading cause of disability in Latin American Countries (LAC). Interestingly, physical performance has been reported as a predictor of cognitive decline, and gait speed has emerged as a potential clinical marker of executive dysfunction.
