Abstract
Dental professionals may exhibit early signs of hearing loss, particularly at high frequencies. Conventional audiometry (CA) may not detect the earliest cochlear changes, whereas extended high-frequency audiometry (EHFA) and distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAEs) may identify early auditory alterations.
