Abstract

Background: Amyloid‐related imaging abnormalities (ARIA) are serious complications commonly observed during anti‐Aβ monoclonal antibody therapy for Alzheimer's disease (AD). Disruption of blood‐brain barrier (BBB) permeability is considered a key mechanism in ARIA development.
