Background: The AGED phenotype—Apathy, Gait Disturbance, and Executive Dysfunction—has been proposed as an early marker of vascular cognitive impairment. This study examines its prevalence and cross‐ethnic validity, exploring associations with vascular risk factors and cognitive decline.
