Background: The Mediterranean‐DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay (MIND) diet has been associated with cognitive benefits and reduced risk of Alzheimer's disease. Adherence is typically assessed using comprehensive but time‐consuming food frequency questionnaires (FFQs).
