Background: Clinical trials to ameliorate mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and stave off Alzheimer's and related dementias (ADRDs) can benefit from digital biomarkers that can efficiently evaluate baseline cognitive functioning and can detect change over time to evaluate intervention effects.
