Abstract

Background: Subjective cognitive decline (SCD) has been linked to an increased risk of progression to mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and dementia. Furthermore, informant confirmation of SCD has been associated with a higher likelihood of future decline than participant‐reported SCD alone.
