Abstract
Background: Individuals with preclinical AD are difficult to detect using traditional clinical tools. Yet, many individuals classified as cognitively unimpaired (CU) can exhibit a heterogeneous pattern of subtle clinical abnormalities, potentially linked to early Alzheimer's disease (AD).
