Abstract

BackgroundGlucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs) are widely prescribed for type 2 diabetes and obesity, yet their neuropsychiatric safety profile remains incompletely characterized. We aimed to systematically evaluate neuro-adverse event (AE) signals for six GLP-1RAs and to validate key findings using population-based data.
