Abstract
Tirzepatide, a dual glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide/glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist, delays gastric emptying and can alter the pharmacokinetics of coadministered oral medications, particularly those with narrow therapeutic indices.
