Recent advancements in Alzheimer’s Disease(AD) diagnosis have been propelled by the advent of disease-modifying therapies and the emergence of plasma-based biomarkers, notably P-tau217, which offers diagnostic accuracy comparable to cerebrospinal fluid assays and enables early disease detection.
