Abstract

Background: Subjective cognitive decline (SCD), defined as self‐perceived memory decline with normal test performance, may indicate preclinical Alzheimer’s disease (AD). While medial temporal lobe (MTL) atrophy is a key neuroimaging biomarker for AD, specific atrophy patterns in SCD remain unclear.
