Abstract
Background: Simulation models can extrapolate short‐term treatment effects observed in clinical trials of amyloid‐targeting therapies over longer disease trajectories. Current simulation models include clinically diagnosed AD patients without biomarker confirmation, whereas only biomarker‐confirmed patients are eligible for treatment.
