Abstract
Background: We previously documented that regulatory T cells (Tregs) immunomodulatory mechanisms are compromised in Alzheimer’s disease (AD), shifting the immune system toward a pro‐inflammatory response. However, Tregs are a potentially restorable therapeutic target in AD.
