Abstract

Background: In Alzheimer's disease (AD) dementia, co‐pathology is frequently observed, with Lewy body (LB) pathology among the most common findings. Post‐mortem studies support a higher frequency of neuropsychiatric symptoms in individuals with AD and LB co‐pathology.
