Background: Subjective Cognitive Decline (SCD) is increasingly recognized as a pivotal prodromal phase of Alzheimer's disease (AD), yet its underlying mechanisms remain elusive. Characterized by self‐reported cognitive impairment despite normal neuropsychological performance, SCD represents a crucial window for early intervention.
