Abstract
Background: Dementia research initiatives are important for advancing our understanding of neurodegenerative diseases. While there is much discussion regarding Positron Emission Tomography (PET) radiopharmaceuticals for detecting amyloid and tau deposition in the brain, understanding cerebral perfusion is also key.
