Abstract
Background: Tau pathology is a key hallmark of Alzheimer's Disease (AD), with its spread and regional deposition strongly correlated to cognitive decline. Braak staging describes a characteristic progression, beginning in the medial temporal lobe and extending to isocortical regions ¹ .
