Abstract

Background: Down syndrome (DS) is considered a genetic form of Alzheimer's disease (AD) and is characterized by early neurodegeneration and cortical atrophy. Subjective scale‐based visual evaluation of brain atrophy is widely used in clinical neuroradiology.
