Abstract
Background: We showed that astrocyte reactivity, as measured by plasma GFAP levels, influences Aβ mediated tau PET pathology in cognitively unimpaired (CU) Aβ‐positive individuals. However, the link between GFAP and tau PET in individuals without detectable Aβ pathology remains elusive.
