Abstract
Background: Previous studies demonstrate that certain asymptomatic MAPT variant carriers (Asymp‐ MAPT ) exhibit altered baseline gray matter volume (GMV) and functional connectivity (FC) profiles. It remains unclear whether these imaging measures may herald risk for earlier conversion to the symptomatic phase.
