Abstract
Background: This study examined whether plasma Aβ 42/40, phosphorylated‐tau ( p ‐tau), neurofilament light chain (NfL) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) may relate to cognitive function and other neuroimaging biomarkers in cerebral amyloid angiopathy.
