Abstract
Background: With an aging global population, incidence of Alzheimer's disease (AD) and age‐related comorbid conditions are increasing. Hypertension (HT), diabetes mellitus (DM) and hypercholesterolemia (HCHOL) are related to dementia, it remains unclear if (a combination of) these are associated with AD pathology.
