Abstract
Background: In idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH) and Alzheimer's disease (AD), clearance of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is impaired, leading to the buildup of harmful proteins and metabolic waste in the brain, contributing to disease pathology.
