Abstract
Oxytocin (OXT) is a key modulator of social recognition memory (SRM), yet the responsiveness of OXT neurons to SRM processes in ovariectomized (OVX) mice remains unclear. In this study, we first observed that SRM was significantly impaired in OVX mice 4 to 8 weeks post-surgery.
